Motorburg was founded by Charlie Smith and Ed Newton, two automotive artists/hot rod designers.
What drives us to dump our souls into the Motorburg Experience is simply a desire to share some of the rodding recollections and vehicular visions of our jaded past and presumptuous present, in hopes that our on-line visitors can relate to a love affair with not just the car, but cool or crazy-fast machines of all types past, present and future.
A willingness to share private thoughts, ideas and opinions concerning the kinetic and dynamic world of wheels is a big part of where we come from, and you could say that our motives are mobile in nature; however, theyre also monetary in method, as the sale of our exclusive Motorburg product line will serve to insure the perpetuation and constant regeneration of our web-site content, and hopefully provide all who visit with hours and hours of eclectic enjoyment. Its not so much a philosophy as a passion.
We are stoked about our all-new site, launched this Summer. We now have a much-needed facelift, easier-to-manage CMS, and of course, the brand spanking new Motorburg Network, which is like a Facebook for automotive artists, designers and builders exclusively. The Forums have been a flurry of activity lately as well, and we're honored to have many talented folks frequenting and posting some spectacular work!
Hope you'll find time to join us there, as well as poking in to see some of my work here!
Thanks for looking in.
